This is one of the later Descent heroes I painted, and one of the first ones with which I was kinda happy. I still wasn’t using washes, but I did start to use multiple layers of colors (on skin & cloth, not other areas yet), which is really evident here on his cloak. Still not really happy with the details on this, but it really was a combination of my inexperience and the lack of / muddled details of the model itself.
